no spend day 2
I had an unexpected expense yesterday and because I can’t take it back anymore, I felt a lot of shame around it. Instead of spiralling though I took care of myself by making sure I ate and then took a fat nap.
That took the edge off the emotions. I felt much more level headed when I woke up. Naps for the win.
Anyway, today I spent my day watching IDL live on youtube (Brotherhood ftw!). After that I pretty much read a book until I finished one. Nothing much happened today but I didn’t spend any money. I’m happy. Hope tomorrow’s even better than today.
P.S. forgot to mention I finished this tea finally! I’ve had it for years at this point lol glad it didn’t go rancid 😂 a couple more tea bags to go through.
